Complete cable tray fittings — elbows, tees, crosses, risers, reducers, covers and splice plates. UL/cUL, CE 61537 and NEMA compliant. Matched to your tray width and finish.
Keep every turn, branch and elevation change in your cable tray system load-rated, bonded and inspection-ready. Our complete range of cable tray fittings and accessories — elbows, tees, crosses, risers, reducers, couplers, splice plates, covers and blind ends — is manufactured to the same width, side-rail height and surface finish as our straight tray sections, so the fitting assembles into the run without field cutting, drilling or rework.
Horizontal Elbows — 90°, 60°, 45° and 30° bends, left-hand and right-hand, radius or zero-tangent, with a bend radius matched to your cable specification.
Vertical Bends & Risers — inside risers and outside risers for floor-to-floor, platform and equipment transitions, in 90° and 45° options.
Tees — equal (straight) and unequal (reducing) tees, horizontal, vertical up and vertical down, for clean load-rated branching.
Crosses — four-way horizontal crosses in equal and reducing configurations for multi-directional intersections.
Reducers & Transitions — left-hand, middle and right-hand reducers for smooth width and side-rail height changeovers.
Couplers & Splice Plates — with matched hole pattern and hardware, maintaining mechanical and electrical continuity at every joint.
Covers, Blind Ends & Accessories — flat covers, bends and tees with cover clamps, end plates, drop-outs, barriers and expansion joints as required by the layout.
Other Cable Tray Fittings Product Introduction

Materials & Surface Finishes
Every fitting is produced from the same coil and finished on the same line as the matching tray section, so color, coating thickness and hole spacing stay consistent across the whole system. Powder coating is available in any RAL color, and hot-dip galvanizing is applied to ISO 1461 for outdoor, coastal and industrial environments.
Standards & Certifications
Our cable tray systems and fittings are designed and tested to IEC/EN 61537 and NEMA VE 1, and are supplied with CE marking, UL/cUL listing, and SGS test reports. The factory operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Applications
Suitable for office buildings, shopping malls, exhibition centers, data rooms, precision workshops, power plants, logistics parks and infrastructure projects — anywhere a cable tray run has to change direction, branch, cross or change elevation while remaining load-rated and electrically continuous.

FAQ
What is a cable tray fitting?
A formed component that changes the run geometry of the tray — elbows and vertical bends (direction), tees and crosses (branching), and reducers (size change) — selected by tray width, side-rail height and required radius.
How do I choose the right fittings?
Send us your cable routing drawing or a list of tray sizes and junction types; we will return a matched fitting list with quantities.
Can fittings be made to match a non-standard tray?
Yes. OEM and ODM sizes are produced to drawing, in the same material and finish as the main run.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard sizes are held in stock or produced within 7–15 days; custom items are confirmed at order.
